What personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by AG Tech Consulting Services Pte. Ltd. ("AG Tech", "we", "us"), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data collected through agtechconsulting.ai and by email or form when you contact us. It does not describe how our customers use our products, such as WorkSync OS or Study24by7 (see section 9).

3. What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, work email, organisation, the area you are interested in, and the message you write.
  • Email: your email address and whatever you include when you write to us.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser, collected by Google Analytics.
  • Server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for payment details or government identifiers through this website.

4. Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find us. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) to Google, which may process it outside your country, including in the United States. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider's security layer may set a short-lived cookie when you submit the contact form, to distinguish people from automated scripts.

5. How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a working session or demo.
  • To send you one automatic confirmation email after you submit the contact form.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent abuse.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact form submissions for newsletters or marketing sequences unless you ask us to.

6. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host this website, handle our email, under terms that limit their use of the data.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where we are required to by law or need advice to protect our rights.

7. Where data is stored and for how long

Data may be stored on servers outside Singapore. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to the PDPA. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and manage the business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by writing to us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.

9. Our products

WorkSync OS and Study24by7 are deployed for organisations such as employers, schools and institutes. In those deployments, the customer organisation decides what data is collected and why, and AG Tech processes it on the customer's behalf under a written agreement. If you are an employee, student or guardian and have questions about data in one of these products, please contact your organisation first.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children. Study24by7 may be used by students who are minors under an agreement with their school or institute, which is responsible for guardian consent.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
